Step 1 - Select your treatment

Select your desired treatment or your condition.

Step 2 - Complete Safety Questionnaire

Provide basic information via our quick, simple, secure and straight ward online form. This is so that our clinician can be sure that the treatment is safe and suitable for you. For some treatments our prescriber may get in touch with you over the phone or via email for further information.

Do I need to go to a clinic to speak to a clinician

Not at all. Our service is entirely remote. You will recieve the care and the products you need delivered straight to you.

Do I need to have a video consultation with someone to complete my order?

In the majority of cases this is not necessary since the online clinical safety form provides enough information to show that the treatment is safe and suitable for you. Occassionally for certain medications an online video consultation is needed.

If I need an online consultation, how is this done?

Where a video consultation is needed, this is usually done via Microsoft Teams, which is secure a simple to use. You do not need to have this application downloaded and it is absolutely free to use. All you need is a functional email address for us to send you a link to the consultation. Alternatively, we can also use WhatsApp video for customers and patients who have WhatsApp and are comfortable using it.

Step 3 - Track your Order

After approval of your request. Your order will be prepared swiftly at our Dispensary Hub and will be shipped out to you via Royal Mail. As soon as your product is out for delivery we will send you a tracking number which you can use to Track your Item via the Royal Mail website.

What do I do if I have lost my tracking number or it is not working?

If you have lost your tracking number or the number you have doesn't work, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will provide you with a working number again.

Step 4 - Receive your product

Your order will be delivered to you via signed delivery. Someone needs to be present to sign for your item, however this doesn't need to be yourself. Your parcel will look like the one in this picture.

Can my product be delivered to other than my home address?

Yes. Your parcel will be delivered to your shipping address which can be different to your registered address. You will be able to provide your shipping address during checkout.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a safe place at my property?

No. Your parcel will be sent via signed delivery. Someone will need to be present to sign for the parcel.

Do I need to sign for the parcel?

No you do not need to be present. Any responsible adult can sign for the delivery on your behalf at your chosen shipping address.

I missed my delivery, what should I do?

If you have missed your delivery you should get in touch with us as soon as possible.
