Maintaining our Standards

How can I be sure that the treatment I have received from Goodcure is genuine?

You can rest easy in the knowledge that wll treatments we provide are 100% genuine. We ensure this by the following: 

  • We only source our treatments from reputable wholesalers.

  • We use an electronic checking system which confirms the genuinity of prescribed medicines.

  • We physically examine all products source at the point of retrieval to ensure that it is accurate, genuine and within date.

How do we sure that our high standards of quality and care are maintained?

The health and wellbeing of our patients, and the general public is of paramount importance to us at Goodcure. It comes as no suprise therefore that we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to service delivery as well as provision of treatments, and we know that this is what our service users expects from us.

We ensure that these standards are maintained by carrying out regular in house audits of all process to ensure that everything is being carried out as it should be.

Prescribing Service

What is involved in the Goodcure online clinic?

At Goodcure, our clinically competant prescriber can carry out a brief consultation with you over the phone or video call and is able to provide a private prescription for several prescripton only medicines covering a wide range of conditions such as UTIs, Weight loss, Jet lag and so on.

About our Prescriber

Amin Osman (2203597) - Pharmacist independant prescriber

Clinically competant and qualified to prescribe a range of treatments.

Vast experience working in GP surguries and NHS hospitals. As a pharmacist, they are registered with, and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Delivery

How soon will my product be delivered after purchase?

Delivery times depend on when the request is approved and processed. As a general rule, orders that are approved before 3pm are delivered the sent out for delivery the next day. We will keep you updated by SMS messages regarding your order status. 

Why do I have to confirm if I will be in to receive some deliveries

Some items need to be kept at a certain temperature. Therefore, we can only send it out if we are sure that you (or another responsible person) will be available at the stated address to recieve the delivery.

Can I ask for something to be delivered at a certain time of day?

Due to the fact that we send our items via Royal Mail, we are unable to restrict deliveries to a specific time of day. 

Returns and Refunds

Am I entitled to a refund if I change my mind regarding a product that I have purchased?

Once a pharmaceutical product has been sent out for delivery, it can no longer be reused if returned back to the pharmacy. Therefore, as a general rule we are unable to accept refunds if you change your mind after the item has left the pharmacy premises. 

If you would like a refund due to the fact that the product is different to what you have requested then this will be granted. We still do ask that you return the product so that we can investigate the nature and cause of the discrepancy, and so that we can dispose of it in the appropriate manner.

Comments and complaints

How do I make a complaint?

If the service provided did not meet expectations and you would like to make a complaint, you can do so my contacting us. All complaints will be reviewed by the superintendant pharmacist who will reach out to you personally after an investigation into the incident so that we can try to put things right.
